Carrying groceries?

Question

I am almost 6 weeks, & I live in a 3rd floor apartment (3 flights of stairs). Is it safe for me to carry up groceries as long as I take it slow and don’t carry too many at once? Im used to carrying things up these stairs since we’ve lived here for over 2 years. I just don’t want to do anything that could potentially hurt the baby!

You’re fine to carry groceries. Just don’t carry too much at a time.

There are women out there doing cross fit picking up monster truck tires. I think a few groceries aren't that big a deal.

Unless you're carrying 20kg of groceries at a Time, it's fine.

As long as you're already used to it you can actually lift a lot during pregnancy! The key is don't do more than you're used to and be careful with it :)
