Anyone take baby aspirin after getting your bfp?

How much do you take? I've had 3 losses and I'm currently 4w1d pregnant and I've read taking baby aspirin can help with the blood flow.

I just had miscarriage # in July, 3 and found out I was pregnant on Friday so I’m 4wk 3 days. I started taking it on my own since they just did my labs today. You would think they’d mention it smh.

I’ve been taking baby aspirin for a couple months...now that I’m expecting my specialist wants me to continue the low dose aspirin plus lovenox injections....she also added Dexamethasone and estrogen.....oh and progesterone suppositories....

I spoke with my OBGYN about this before conception d/t a blood clotting disorder in my family. Pre-pregnancy, he recommended taking a baby aspirin 3x/week. So I usually take it M/W/F. When I go in for the first prenatal visit, I’ll ask if he recommends daily now, but that has worked fine for me thus far. 😊

I had a miscarriage. Then a successful pregnancy, but my son was born at 33 weeks due to stopped growth. I just went in and saw my dr since I’m pregnant again, roughly 5 weeks. My dr mentioned taking baby aspirin once a day later on to help the placenta be stronger. Anyone heard of this?
