Tampons
I’m 18 and I’ve never wore a tampon- I’m more of a pad girl. But I’m going in the navy soon so I’ll need to learn how to use a tampon. I keep trying but I can only get halfway. It hurts! Any tips? (Yes I’m relaxed, and I have a mirror)
