I’ve been testing negative for about 8 weeks now and I’m still waiting on my period!

I went to get blood work once a week and ,About 3 weeks later my HCG levels were at 0 and I was already cramping for my period .

Both of my losses were different. My HCG plummeted very quickly. With the first loss, it took about 5ish weeks for my period to come back. It was a HORRIBLE cycle. After the second loss, i had to be put on birth control to get my period back to normal (and to prevent pregnancy while going through recurrent miscarriage testing). So sorry for your loss!

It took me 3 weeks to get a negative hcg level. I ovulated 2.5 weeks after that got my period 2 weeks after that. Total of 7.5 weeks until my period after my D&C.

It took me until CD 46 (counting the first day of bleeding as CD 1 from my miscarriage) to get my period.

So I needed to change my response. It took 8 weeks for HPT to be negative but 6 months for my period to return.
