Anyone else glad not to be having a shower/sprinkle?

We are having our 3rd girl here so it seems pointless. We don’t need anything and at this stage planning anything extra makes me want to hibernate for the next 2 months 😂

Where I'm from you only have a shower for your first baby .. not 2nd or any after that.

I had a shower for my first girl, a sprinkle for the 2nd 6yrs later and nothing for #3 who’s a boy 2yrs later. Except I’m suggesting people bring diapers when they meet the baby 😂

I wasn’t going to have one but my best friend is insistent that baby sister (to her big brother) needs a sprinkle, so I am having a sprinkle.

We weren’t going to have one but my partner was too excited to be having a boy 😑 so now I’m planning a last minute bbq. Keeping it super simple so I don’t get stressed out. I was all for not having one. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I told everyone I didn’t want one but my friends are insistent on throwing a sprinkle. I told them to point out that I don’t want gifts because I feel strange receiving them since my daughter is only two...however....I won’t be sad if we get some gift cards lol
