Has anybody else had to experience a termination of pregnancy at 25 weeks?

I am waiting to go through this as my baby girl has damage to her brain either caused by walker Warburg syndrome or muscle eye brain disease.

My question is how did you get through the labour and delivery and has anyone ever had this mutant gene and gone on to have healthy babies?

If not have you looked at other ways of having babies, please I would appreciate any advice you can provide I'm very lost right now.
