First IUI

I'm CD12, just had a u/s this morning and I have a follicle that is 15mm. I go back on Wednesday for another u/s. This is our first cycle doing Femara and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. Just looking for any of you that have successfully gotten pregnant if you have any tips that you might have tried at home in addition to the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> to help the process?
