Has my milk come in?

Question

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and my breasts feel engorged! Is it possible that my milk has already come in? I can feel every milk duct and, while it’s not painful yet, I had mastitis 3 times when I breastfed my son so I’m being super cautious.

You can lactate especially within the first few weeks of pregnancy. Do not pump! Your body will regulate and figure out what is needed

Yes! I’m 7 weeks and I can already squeeze milk out. I had kind of a hard time breastfeeding/pumping with my son. I didn’t make enough milk and he LOVED it and drank everything I was able to pump. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to make enough for new baby

That’s awesome! I wonder if it needs to be pumped out? Good thing I have my first appointment Thursday! 
I’m a little concerned though because I had an oversupply with my son and if this means more milk I don’t know what I’ll do with all of it! 🤦🏻‍♀️
