I’ve been having severe back pain and pressure in my lower pelvis with no relief? Should I make a trip to L&D to be safe?

I feel ya. My walks and yoga ball seem to make it worse. Could be your sign that you're progressing. Rely on contractions, whether they increase and become more consistent. Otherwise this other stuff is supposedly all normal and part of it. 🤷😣

I would always better safe than sorry. I’ve been told multiple times we’d rather see you and it be nothing, then have you wait and it be serious.
