I’m pregnant again!

I’m scared! This is my 5th pregnancy and all my others were miscarriages :/ any hopeful stories. I’m 21 and healthy and don’t know why this keeps happening! I get pregnant almost every month we “try” but can’t seem to keep the pregnancy.. I felt nauseous today and have been having a feeling he past couple of days but couldn’t test :/ I was too scared
