Irregular periods

So I moved in with my boyfriend in May and have only had 2 periods since I moved it, one in May and one in August. I really don’t know what to do. Im scared to take a pregnancy test and it come back negative and something might be wrong. What could be causing my periods to not come? They’ve been regular until I moved out.
