HEALTHY SNACK IDEA
I know we all get munchie cravings, so I wanted to share one of my favs to make! Homemade Chex!
I run a food blog and have a few versions up (including a healthier puppy chow one). You can find them all over at www.bodycompassdiscovery.com
Most all of them are no bake and can be ready in less than an hour! Plus, I make in bulk for snack prep all week!
Main ingredients are:
- Chex (corn and/or wheat)
-Cheerios
-nuts
And usually coconut oil rather than butter and agave rather than sugar.
