I’m gonna cry...
Trying the “cry it out” method tonight. My 7 month old is a horrible sleeper and it’s getting worse the older she gets. Tonight I loved on her, put her to bed and closed the door behind me. She’s crying so hard! I don’t know how long I can do this..... 😭😭😭 I feel like a horrible momma!
Update: 35 minutes of hard crying and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I was comforting her every 5-10 minutes and she had a sound machine and dim light on.
