Can endo give you weird discharge during your cycle or before your period?

I have what could be the start of my period but it's arrived pretty early (not due for 4 or 5 days). But it looks weird coloured and textured.

A couple of days before that I've had this white skin looking stuff coming out.

Now the discharge/period is pink and brown gooey chunks. There isn't a lot of it. I'm wearing a liner but nothing is on it, it's only when I wipe.

I know I have a corpus luteal cyst and it is hurting in that spot today.

Also, because I had the white skin stuff I thought I had thrush and used an internal cream and it seemed to make me spot. I didn't use it today or yesterday.

There's a chance I could be pregnant too but it's probably too early to tell. I thought I had faint positives on ICs but this bleeding/discharge makes me doubt it.
