How long !?

Question

How long did it take someone with (AS FAR AS WE BOTH KNOW) no medical issues to conceive? Is my timing off? 
I know I ovulate, I get a positive digital OPK every month around day 16. I have a period every month lasting about 5 days. I have sex all the time, especially around ovulation and fertile days (newlyweds). I’m only 23 so I can’t go to the doctor as it’s only been 6 cycles.

It took me 2 years with 2 miscarriages to finally conceive my healthy baby. I was only 18 the first time I got pregnant, no medical issues, regular periods and ovulated every month. Had my daughter shortly before my 21st birthday.
