Tri-Sprintec and Lamotrigine

Hi everyone, I just started Tri-Sprintec (the generic version of Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo) and I also take Lamotrigine as a mood stabilizer. I know that the birth control can decrease the effects of lamotrigine. My doctor is willing to up my dose if I feel it’s necessary. Anyway, I’m just wondering if anyone has personal experience with this combo of meds? I also take citalopram, but my understanding is there’s no effect either way with that one. Thanks in advance!
