TTC with irregular periods/ how to regulate?

Question

Hey! So basically, I took the pill for around 6months but stopped 2 years ago. Since then my hormones have been all over the place. 
I have quite irregular periods now. In March I got my period after no sign of it for 3 months!!
I’m very worried and it’s really frustrating.
Has anyone else had success in regulating their periods? Or has anyone had experience conceiving with irregular periods? 
Any advice much appreciated! Thanks xx

Same happened to me after getting off BC I could not get a period to save my life. 3 years later and this year has finally gotten a lot better and I’ve had a period almost all of the months so yay. I drink yogi red raspberry leaf tea daily from when I get my period until ovulation - so when I get a positive opk test. I start testing opks a couple of days after my period completely stops and I confirm ovulation using bbt.
