Heart Palpitations After Eating

For the past few days now, I’ve noticed that EVERY single time after I eat, I get heart palpitations which causes a fluttery feeling in my stomach, chest and throat. I feel like nothing I do (stretching, deep breathing) works to calm my heart. It’s fluttering so fast and strong. It feels like it’ll fall out of my chest.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?
