Am I starting my miscarriage?

My hcg is extremely low and barely rising. I got an increase of only 6 in 50 hours for the last test so it seems to be tapering off. I go again tomorrow for more blood because they can't do anything since it is still so low but rising. At this point I'm just waiting for my body to begin miscarrying. Today I am having a ton of watery mucusy discharge, this morning it was tinged yellowy peach colored. I'm also having cramps and a few sharp pains but nothing crazy. Is this the start of my miscarriage?

All those symptoms seem normal for pregnancy. All women's hcg levels rise differently. Mine were 44 at 3 weeks and 5 days, and I've known other women to only be at 10 at that point.

I’m in a similar situation, my levels are still rising but not as they should. I’m trying to accept the situation and grieve. It’s hard though as you don’t know how long the whole process will take.
