Help! FTM! What is this?!

My son got this out of the blue. At first I thought it was dry skin. Been applying his Aveeno baby lotion and vaseline (alternating). Today I noticed it gets moist very quickly. Been sitting here patting it dry. I don't know what to do!

I'd take LO to the gp. My LO had to get antibiotics as bubs had an infection from the creases in the inner legs. Happened due to being 11 days overdue, the dryness got red then infected :( looked like a white film in crease then it turned yellow/green quickly. I tried everything to help stop it but antibiotics was only thing that got rid of it.

When you bathe him, pay extra close attnetion to those areas and keep them dry. No more lotion. Looks like a yeast infection.
