Running while newly pregnant?
So I’ve (finally) been consistently working out by running a mile and doing various calisthenics for the past month, all so I can tone up. Now I find out it’s all pointless because I’m preggers and will end up fat anyway🤷🏻♀️😂 I just found out this morning. Is it safe for me to jog a mile on the treadmill today, or should I wait for a doctor’s approval? I’m healthy and have no medical issues, and my mom told me before that the women in our family have sticky babies. What do you guys think?
