I feel uneducated

So I got curious about my vagina and the cervix . I squatted, reached in there, and started to just feel around. I swipe around my cervix and pulled out this white/clear substance. What would that mean? Then as a tmi, I pinch it very slightly. It was weird but also interesting. I have cramps but no period 24 hours later. Can someone educated me?
