How bad are these results?!

Please what do you think about these numbers? First pregnancy. I only have my appointment on Friday and I’m very nervous. I’m 29, never had any glucose problems before, also I’m not overweight. But my granny on mother’s side has diabetes. I’m 25 weeks pregnant.
