Bloods came back normal and no other symptoms yet I am 12 days late sore boobs, temps stayed higher but negative tests...

I was diagnosed with an ultrasound not with bloods. Maybe ask your doctor to send you for a scan? Only symptoms I had was irregular periods 🙋🏼‍♀️
