Anyone have bad cramps and back pain and go onto have a healthy pregnancy?

Hi girls,

So Sunday I had a loss of breast pain and went on to cramp all night and all day yesterday. I also had lower back pain. It felt like AF was coming. The breast pain did come back a little and is now on and off and the cramping and back pain eased up. I went to the doctor and he said as long as I wasn’t bleeding there wasn’t much he could do at this point and it could be normal. I had my HCG drawn yesterday and it was 721, I’m 4 weeks and 3 days. Have any of you had a similar experience and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? I had a miscarriage in June so I am terrified!
