I sterilize everything once a week. I know it’s not necessary, but it makes me feel like they’re more clean 🤷🏻‍♀️

I refrigerate between uses during the day. If I don’t have access to refrigerate between uses, I use the Medela wipes. Then every night I wash with soap/water and sterilize.

I wash with soap and water between uses during the day and then they either get sterilized in our bottle warmer or put into the dishwasher at night for the next day. I think sterilizing more frequently is more important for premies and immuno-compromised babies.
