Trying too hard?

Does anyone else think as women we try 'too hard' to conceive and maybe thats why it just doesnt happen sometimes. I mean imagine our parents and grandparents back in the day being POAS addicts and tracking ovulation 😂😂

Answer

For some, yeah it can be stressful and take the fun and spontaneity out of it. However for some of us struggling with real fertility issues, it’s very difficult to get pregnant without trying at least a little bit.
Thankfully our hormones work so that we’re “in the mood” more during our most fertile time, so we tend to naturally have sex then anyway if we can. However, for those of us who have irregular cycles and inconsistent ovulation patterns, it’s not that easy to pinpoint the best time to conceive without tracking bbt or with OPKs.
For example, my hubby and I have been TTC since we got married last March. We had one chemical pregnancy during a month we weren’t really trying too hard, and nothing since.
I’ve tried bbt, OPKs, I’ve tried “not trying” for a few months but still nothing. So it’s better for me to continue to track to give me the best chance possible.

In my opinion this isn't fair. There are women here who have been trying to conceive for years with no luck. So anything that can help they will try. Side note infertility is way more common than it used to be, my guess is the processed food. Women didn't have communities they could turn to in the past with any infertility issues they may have had.
