When did it really sink in for you that you're pregnant?

We tried for 6 months to conceive and now that I've fallen pregnant it doesn't feel real yet, or I feel like we got so many negatives how could it magically now be positive? I'm so grateful! But in awe of it all still, hasn't fully sunk in yet.

I’m only 5 weeks and sometimes I forget I’m pregnant and I legit question it everyday so I test everyday. 😩 tomorrow is my first appt I hope it feels real then!

when I could no longer get out of bed or a car easily 😂 I think about 7-8months I started to believe finally

It's kinda funny because for me it took 2 years to get pregnant then I had a miscarriage then after another 2 years of trying I'm pregnant again I'm now 30 weeks and he moves all of the time but it still doesn't feel real. I don't think it will feel real for me until I hold my little one.

Still doesn’t feel real at 31 weeks even tho the struggle is becoming real to do simple things like bend down etc lol. Don’t think itl feel real until he r she is here

I had no symptoms except for sore breasts and cramping for the first 6 weeks and had my first ultrasound on 6w6d and seen baby with heartbeat from that moment I finally felt like a human was growing in me , as soon as I got home the nausea hit me like a tun of bricks and I just sat there and laughed thinking to myself omg I’m really pregnant , now I’m 13w1d and i can literally feel the presence of the baby even though I can’t feel it

I’m only 8 weeks and I still can’t believe I’m pregnant since I’m going to be a first time mom. This is sooooo surreal!! But I think it will really sink in once I see my lil jelly bean in an ultrasound on Oct 19th. I’m a very visual person and I need to see it to feel it!

Maybe 17 weeks? Around when I started feeling movement. Even then, I would forget constantly.
