Coq10 and maca root
I’m 40. I had a miscarriage in July. My OB gave me prenatal, folic acid, baby aspirin to take. also Labetalol (high blood pressure medication it’s pregnancy safe). And I just started taking maca root capsules and drinking raspberry leaf tea.
I know when you age your egg quality goes down.
Can I take COQ10?
Is anyone taking or taken COQ10 and maca root. Any successes? Praying for a rainbow baby 🌈🙏🏼✨👶🏻
