Working out in third trimester?
What’s everyone’s work out routine now that we’re in the third trimester? I had a big drain of energy right around 28 weeks and I’m 33 weeks now so haven’t worked out much.
Was managing brisk walks, yoga and some squats a few times a week pretty consistently in my second trimester, so feeling pretty bad about my lack of exercise now.
Went on a short walk today and managed to stretch a bit but I’m not going to lie i feel so weak and heavy at all times, just walking is uncomfortable.
What’s everyone else doing??
