How long after retrieval day do u get your period. And once you do how long to do transfer?

Depends if you are doing frozen or fresh transfer. Fresh is 3-5 days aches retrieval, frozen can be at any cycle after that retrieval cycle

I had my egg retrieval on Sept 15. Got my period on Sept 27. I have an ultrasound/blood work next Thursday to check my lining and estrogen/progesterone levels, and if everything looks good my FET will be on Oct 18. I had a bit of a longer waiting period for transfer since they had to freeze them, due to us doing PGS. The results take awhile, but I got our results yesterday. Out of 9 blasts, 8 of them were normal. They even told me how many girls and how many boys we had. 😳 It's kind of amazing the things they can find out with PGS. Sending you good vibes! ✨

It was a pretty typical luteal phase for me- I think 11-12 days after retrieval my period came. 
I have to wait two periods to see if I can start my FET. (So I call the clinic the first day of my second period after retrieval) the thought being they want you to have one complete cycle to get all the hormones out and let your body recover.

I did a frozen transfer so after my retrieval it took about two weeks to get a period (I was told to take my progesterone suppositories for two weeks) and got my period a few days after.

I got my period a week later. Retrieval 9/8, Period 9/15, transfer 10/4

I think it depends on the meds given.  I got mine 4 days later. My doc said to expect in within 7 days.
