Any other working moms with a stay at home husband/partner?

Hey yall. I dont post in this board a ton so maybe someone has already asked this. But do any of you ladies have a significant other who stays home with your child full time? I'm in that boat and just feel like no one really relates to me at the moment... Kind of wanting to find or start a group on FB for sole-bread-winning mamas. Anybody know of a group like that or would be interested in joining one?

I am right not but not by choice. My husband made some bad decisions when he was younger. Lost his license and doesn’t have a diploma or GED. Job options are restricted. We’re still really young and I can make it work right now. He’s working on his GED and then will go back to work at least until after baby is born.

Hi there... my son is four months old, i was going to stay at home and look after him till he was about 8 months old but my husband lost his job when he was three months old and then i had to get a job asap as i am more qualified and earn more. It was so difficult for me to leave my boy but now it just seems to work for us. Daddy is fantastic with him and he really seems to enjoy it and im enjoying being back at work. 
The only thing getting to me is the lack of sleep, my boy still drinks throughout the night (formula) and only wants to sleep with me... i share a queen size bed with him pushed up against the wall and my hubby sleeps on a single bed in the same room...
Its putting a bit of strain onnour relationship but we make time for some R’&R....
I feel my hubby should take some part of the night shift because im exhausted at work but my son only wants me at night !!!?!  At the same time this is the only time i get to spend with him after work soni find myself staring at his sleeping face at one in the morning when i should be sleeping!!!

Thanks for the responses ladies. Nice to know there are others who understand even if we got here in different ways. My hubby and I mutually agreed to this...I like my career and make enough while he hadn't really found his calling and we both wanted to be sure one of us stayed home with our baby so it worked out. That's not to say we dont ever envy each others jobs. But at the end of the day we like it this way and it works for us. But it can definitely be isolating when people have expectations for how marriages *should* work and we dont fit that mold at all.

My husband stays home with our 2 kids. We used to both work when we just had our daughter but when our son came along it just didn’t make sense for him to work anymore. I make way more money which has never been an issue with us but it means that it didn’t make economical sense for me to be a stay at home mom. Losing his income was basically what we’d be paying in daycare/after school care. It caused some judgment from others at first but it really works for our family. My daughter has never had to ride the school bus and has at least one parent that can make it to all of her school events and gymnastics practices and my son gets to stay home all day which I am way more comfortable with than our other options and now we have a 3rd on the way that will get to stay home too.

Yes, I work and my husband stays home with our daughter. It's not as common, but you aren't the only one!
I like getting out of the house and he likes being a stay at home dad so it works for us. It also made sense for him to stay home rather than me because I'm the higher earner by a lot.

Thats my life right now. My husband and i are starting a business together but i am sole bread winner right now. Its hard. I have a hard time leaving my son. We have our second baby due in 90days and i am having mass anxiety im going to miss out on what i missed with my firsst and i feel a loss of connection with my son... my husband is amazing though. Cleans the house, is an amazing father and teaches our son things i never thought about needing to do. I think he is doing a better job then i could have ever done and that also breaks me heart but i am so grateful to him for his part in all this. He supports me and encourages me. Hopefully our business will grow and we can work from home together one day

I'm currently on maternity leave with a newborn (first child), so just lurking on this board, but in a few months I'll be in the same position.
We moved to the country where we currently live for my career, with my husband giving up his job to come with me. We always had the understanding that this is the way round it would be if/when we had kids.
However, I'm a bit apprehensive about how the balance will work and scared of being resentful somehow, so it would be great to be part of a group with others who are in the same situation.

Sorry I understand what u mean there are some people out there that’s like that . But most try to make the man sole bread winners because it’s hard for a woman to take on all them responsibilities while also dedicating to the kids u know . But I wish u luck ☺️

I am- my SO works from home on his own business. His income is up and down, so some months I’m the breadwinner. I provide insurance but he pays more mortgage. 
I’m due in January and we’re still trying to negotiate child care drop off with each other.. my job is 40 mi away, but he has 2children from a previous marriage that need to get to school every other week. 
These little challenges are hard to figure out a lot of times
