Best advice ever!!!!!

Ttc for so long puts stress and strain on your mental and physical health. Getting your hopes up then AF comes and makes her monthly visit. Its heartbreaking. Here is what helped me through it all. Stop keeping track of the days you have sex, stop letting it be the only thing you can think about. Just except that it will happen when it's meant to happen. Imagine you and your future baby instead, imagine how happy youd be meeting your baby for the first time. I'm not saying stop trying, if it's what you want than by all means go for it!! I'm saying the happier you are and once you except that it will happen just not when you expect it, the more likely you are to conceive. Mental health and hormones can decrease many things such as sex drive, fertility. Be happy where you are and know that your future is bright. No matter what this is about YOU and you have every right to be upset and sad and angry, just try to have faith in yourself that you can do it.

Dont give up, dont give in. YOU will be happier one day. Just try to let yourself be happy now because YOU are deserving of it.
