Lost 2 pregnancies at 8 weeks

I’m so lost, sad and heartbroken. It took us 14 months to conceive from our first miscarriage with a first try at IUI with MFI and now I’m dealing with another loss..2 weeks ago we had a routine ultrasound at 7 weeks and the baby was developing and heart beat was 139, this Monday had f/u ultrasound appt and found out the baby did not have a heartbeat ..I just had my D&C yesterday and I just don’t know what to do..this pain is so much harder ..did anyone lose multiple pregnancy around 8 weeks and was able to have a healthy pregnancy after? I’m 35 and my husband is 30.
