Consistent discharge & headaches

A month ago when my period was supposed to start, it started a few days early. At first I thought it was because some people in my class were on theirs (we have small classes with the same small group of people all day every day so it would make sense). But it wasn’t normal, it was never gushing like usual, didn’t make the toilet bowl red, and was just in big clumps! This happened for a few days, then stopped.

The discharge however, did not! It was light brown for a week, and now is clear/white. There’s no itching or burning, and there’s nothing different in my sex life. According to my tracking app I’m halfway through my cycle since mine is about 35-40 days long (so mid fertile week).

I’m also having headaches all the time, one migraine about a week before my “period” and then another exactly a month later (like to the day) and I have smaller headaches throughout the day almost every day.

I’ve seen a primary care dr, who is currently running blood tests for some simple things, and I also did a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was negative.

Has anyone ever experienced something like this?
