Bumps around nipple??

So this may be tmi...I’m not sure but I never noticed these bumps around my nipples. I’ve been on bc pills for 4 years now but had a mishap so took a plan b a week ago. The same day I got cramping & some spotting. It went away the next day but on day 3...my boobs got super swollen and tender.

They’re not tender anymore but they’re pretty swollen than usual and I noticed these bumps. I did some research online and found that it can be an early sign or pregnancy or your hormones are off, which makes sense since I took the plan b.

But I also read that everyone has them even if they’re not pregnant and it’s totally normal. I was looking at pics I took in the past and I noticed some bumps but I didn’t notice them this much...even my bf pointed them out to me. I want to say it’s because of the surge of hormones from the plan b pill, but has anyone experienced this??? Any help is appreciated!!!
