So took a test just because it was laying around wasn't expecting to see anything cause af is due for another 2+ weeks I swear I keep seeing something

Or you’re actually testing before you even ovulate 😂😂

You should be just about to ovulate, also I dont see anything on the test. You can take another one in 2 weeks and it'll be a lot more accurate.
