Please help!

So I think I might have BV, j was supposed to have an appointment today, but they cancelled it on me. The earliest appointment is the 22nd and I'll he on my period. I'm also on birth control. Can she still do swabs for an infection or no? I might just skip the sugar pills and go to the next back so shell be able to test
