I fell a little bit ago after putting my son down to bed. The stairs were not lit and I took them fast (still getting used to being pregnant again) and slipped and fell hard down about 8 stairs. I scraped my arm up on the wood railing and have rug burn from.carpet. my back, butt and thumb are really sore, but everything is minor. I am panicking a little... will baby be ok? There aren't many people I can ask bc not many know I'm even pregnant! Help!
