I had a D&C exactly one month ago. Instead of feeling sad that AF showed up yesterday I was THANKFUL that all my lady parts were working exactly as biology intended. Thankful that we can try again. Thankful that all of the millions -billions? - of cells knew what to do and got their shit back together after medicine had to intervene a month ago. Here’s to Mother Nature (who always wins) and the power of biology to continue on, giving us women the opportunities to be mothers again one day. Now, where’s my champagne?
