What do we think about having a baby in our early twenties? Is it a bad move? Is it too young?

My husband and I got pregnant not even a month after being married (22 when we got pregnant but 23 when he was born). We were totally fine. And as long as you're stable and able to handle it, would recommend it. Better to be young and have the energy to interact with your little ones. I'm now pregnant with baby 2 (pregnant at 24 but 25 now). My parents had me even a couple years younger. It really depends on each couple though. My husbands parents had him when they were a little older, and they ended up divorced a long, long time ago.

I started trying when I was 17. Got pregnant at 19. Now I'm 20, giving birth in a month. I had my stuff together right after high school (at 17) even now we are settled, have a home, make good money and can afford a little one. It just depends on where your at in life. If you think it's the right decision go for it. As long as you are mentally ready and can provide for yourself and a baby.

I think the ultimate decision is yours. I know plenty of people in their early 20s who have babies and are doing well in life (financially and emotionally)

Was 19 with first and now trying for our second at 21. Love my husband, our child, our life and want a bigger family. Nothing wrong with it. If you are ready, you will know. A lot of judge mental people though

If your relationship and financial situation are stable why not?? 
I’m 23 and about to have my second child. 
A friend from high school who’s also 23 has 3 under 3. 
And  I know a good bit of people in their early 20’s who have 2 under 2.

Do I regret it? Of course not 
I’ve been on my own since I was abandoned at 17. No family, no support, no direction. I had to find my own way and learn literally EVERYTHING on my own. I’m doing very well for myself considering all the struggles I’ve been through.

Really depends if your mature enough and are financially stable. I’m 21 and am expecting my first in January! I’m 100% ready for this new step!

I think as long as you make you sure you can afford it, your relationship is strong and you have the room/daycare thing worked out go for it. You just need those essentials
