Hot Water
Is it safe to be in a hot pool for about half an hour once a week? The pool is about 96 F. I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant.
I signed my daughter up for swimming lessons before I found out I’m pregnant. I don’t want my daughter to miss out on swimming because she absolutely loves the water, but I also don’t want to take any risks.
