twitching eye?

idk where to post this but i need help, my eye keeps twitching & it wont stop🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s annoying & i need it to stop. Does anyone know how to make this stop or what is causing this?

I think it's something to do with not enough potassium??? Try a banana? Mine did that for like...five days 😂

So I asked my eye doctor about eye twitching because I had it really bad one time. He said it is usually caused by stress or lack of sleep and unfortunately there isn't much you can do for It other than reduce stress and get more sleep.

My eye twitched for almost 2 weeks straight one time. I still have no idea why but it stopped eventually. If it lasts longer than that for sure call your doctor. It could be nothing, but it could also be a sign of something serious if it persists.
