I’ve been on depo for almost 2 years and I haven’t had an actual period in over a year now. Very occasionally I’d have spotting which is normal but it’d only last for a day or so. I’ve been spotting for 5 days now, and I don’t know how normal occasional spotting is since I’ve been on depo for so long now and why it’s lasting 5 days.. I’ve read that many doctors prescribe 800mg of ibuprofen for a couple days to get the side effect of spotting to stop, has anyone tried this? Or have had the same problem?
