Melatonin Detox
So I’m talking a week-long detox/break from my melatonin supplements because I feel like my body is used to them and they aren’t helping my sleep cycle like they used to. What can I expect? I plan on using essential oils if it gets to a point where I feel like I HAVE to have something to lull me to sleep and I also plan on going back to melatonin supplements after the detox. I’m just anxious about being able to sleep.
