My best friend is pregnant & I wish It was me.

So my best friend found out she was pregnant.

She isn’t married to the baby’s dad, but has been dating him off & on for about a year.

I’ve been married to my husband since January.

We’ve been trying to conceive since with no luck.

She text me saying “I’m pregnant” and I was so excited and she seems so “bleh” about it.

I keep asking her about pregnancy announcements keep sending her my “saved” ideas off Pinterest, and she’s so “eh” about it.

She has a “oh well, it happened” attitude about it. I’m so happy for her, & it’s crazy how some people who aren’t wanting to conceive get pregnant like nothing.

I wish she would be more excited, but I can’t help but wish it was me..
