Pregnant, ovulating or getting AF?

I had a D&C for a MMC 6 1/2 weeks ago. My HCG hormone levels were 4 a week and a half ago confirming I’m no longer considered pregnant. I’ve not had my period since my D&C and the hospital said I could expect my period by 6 weeks. For the last 3 days I’ve had sore breasts today I’ve started getting nausea, and I’m getting vvvfl on FRER. But tonight when I went to the bathroom, I noticed what seemed like EWCM when I wiped. Wtf is going on, am I pregnant again, ovulating or getting my period?!?!
