I'm not due for another 2 weeks. 
I am holding off on doing anything to speed up the process. I would love it if my body could just do this naturally. But if I go a week past my due date then I would be happy to a membrane sweep to see if it would help.

Got one done on Wednesday I'm 39 weeks. Still hasn't done anything but have me lose my mucus plug. I've tried walking, sex, spicy foods. Everything in the book.

I'll have my first sweep done at exactly 38 weeks, I know it's going to hurt because my cervix is super sensitive but it will be worth it!
