Trying to conceive and BFN

Last month I got a positive test with a vfl and then my period the next day. This month I have really sore boobs, bloating, metallic taste in my mouth, twinges etc and I got a BFN, AF is due today and no sign. What is going on? I really want to be pregnant after a miscarriage and an ectopic but I’m losing faith!
