OTC meds. for fertility/ovulation

Is there anything I can take OTC to help with fertility / ovulation? My cycles are VERY irregular (I have not had a period since July and I am NOT pregnant). My gynecologist said everything is normal with me physically so I’m assuming it could be hormonal or I may need “help”.

Any advice?
